There are many exciting things happening throughout the Diocese of Tucson including inviting prospective school families to visit San Xavier Mission School. We are anxiously awaiting meeting our new students for the 2024-2025 school year. This month, we are thrilled to announce that our K-2 scholarships are now available.
We invite families to schedule a tour of the school by appointment. I am the principal, and you are welcome to contact me directly via email [email protected] or by phone (520)294-0628. You can also reach Monique Moreno in the parish office at [email protected] or (520)294-2624.
We are proud that San Xavier Mission School is a Catholic community of faith, knowledge, and service. We are committed to educating, nurturing, and empowering Tohono O'odham students, and other Native American students. But our mission doesn’t stop there because we welcome students of all cultures, to strengthen their living expression of the Catholic faith. As Arizona’s first Catholic school, established in 1864, this community offers a diverse program that develops a student's respect for tradition and culture as well as provides the necessary academic skills to succeed in an ever-changing world. Teachers, with the support of the parents/guardians who are the primary educators of their children, facilitate religious development, academic achievement, habits of lifelong learning, community service, care of Creation, moral, personal, social, physical, health habits, and cultural development.
Thank you for your consideration, I look forward to meeting you and showing you all the wonderful blessings of San Xavier Mission School.
