Taize Prayer Service

A Taize Prayer Service is an ecumenical service. It is a form of Christian contemplative worship. Using just a few words, chants are sung which express a basic reality of faith. As the words are sung over many times, this reality gradually penetrates the whole being.

It is an opportunity to take time out during Lent to pray and worship in a meditative, contemplative atmosphere.
