Tucson Financial Leader Jake Kagele to Be Inducted into Salpointe Catholic High School Hall of Fame

TUCSON, Ariz. (August 27, 2025) — Tucson native and local business leader and philanthropist Jake Kagele will be inducted into the Salpointe Catholic High School Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame on September 12, 2025. A proud graduate of Salpointe (Class of 2000) Kagele will be honored for his professional accomplishments and continued commitment to faith, leadership, and service.

Kagele is Managing Partner at NOVA Financial Services, a firm he co-founded in 2009 that now manages over half a billion dollars in client assets. With more than 15 years of experience in investment management, he provides financial services to high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and institutional clients across all 50 states. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

A strong advocate for community engagement, Kagele is currently on the Salpointe Foundation Investment Committee and served on the board of the Blair Charity Group. He is also the current Board President of Arizona’s Catholic Tuition Support Organization (CTSO), which helps fund tuition for students at Catholic schools throughout the state, including Salpointe.

“My Catholic education instilled values that continue to guide every area of my life” said Kagele. “I’m honored and humbled to be recognized by my Alma Mater, which is a school that played such an important part in shaping who I am today.”

Kagele and his wife Brittany, who serves as NOVA’s Director of Operations and Business Development, are active champions of youth and education initiatives in Tucson. Brittany is the Board Past President of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson, and together the Kageles support numerous charitable causes and community events—including the American Heart Association and their recent sponsorship of the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl, where they provided custom LED cup giveaways to fans.

The Hall of Fame recognition reflects Kagele’s embodiment of Salpointe’s mission: to shape graduates who lead with character, faith, and a spirit of service.
